AIMLER: Who we are
The Alliance for Integrated Medical Longevity Education and Research (AIMLER) is a global social impact initiative focused on advancing longevity medicine through education, research, and practice transformation.
We have no commercial agenda. We are a social mission-driven alliance, powered by patron partners, that brings together forward-thinking professionals committed to reshaping how the world approaches aging. We are headquartered in the USA and are building associate chapters in Canada, UK, Switzerland, the UAE, India, Singapore and Japan
AIMLER Vision
A world where every person lives a healthier, longer life
We believe that the future of healthcare lies in proactive, personalized, and preventative approaches. Longevity medicine, grounded in science and implemented in practice, offers the path forward. Our role is to make that future accessible — not just to elite institutions, but to everyday doctors, clinics, and communities around the world.

AIMLER Mission: The Four Pillars
Our four pillars are Longevity Education, Research Collaboration, Practice Integration and Ecosystem Building. While each focus area serves a distinct purpose, they are all united by a single goal: to make longevity science practical, ethical, and impactful. AIMLER's programs are designed to translate vision into action, and science into service.
What Makes AIMLER Different?
-
Global yet grounded: We integrate international knowledge while focusing on local adaptability.
-
Clinician-centric: We don’t just publish papers — we help doctors adopt longevity medicine in real practice.
-
Open collaboration model: We welcome individuals and institutions who believe in collective growth.
-
No commercial agenda: AIMLER does not sell tests, services, or treatments. Our commitment is to evidence, education, and equity.
